Are all Zagame dealerships open during current restrictions?
Currently, our physical Victorian Sales centres are closed. However, our Service Centres are open for all your servicing needs.

How can I purchase a car from a Zagame dealership during lockdown?
You can view our range of new, used and demonstrator stock online via our virtual showrooms. You can also buy, sell, finance, and take delivery from the comfort and safety of your own home.

What if I am interested in a vehicle and it is no longer available on your website?
To avoid disappointment, we suggest you place a $200 fully-refundable holding deposit on the car so the car cannot be sold to anyone else during your stage of interest.

Can I test drive a vehicle?
During current restrictions, we are unable to perform test drives, however, if you would like a virtual tour of the vehicle, our sales team would be more than happy to assist in sending you some videos.

Step 2
Purchase online or over the phone.

Our experienced Sales Executives and Finance & Insurance Managers are
available to answer your questions 7 days a week.

Our Sales teams and expert Business Managers continue to be available whilst working remotely. They can assist you with all enquiries you have, and at each step along the way.

What if I would like to discuss finance?
Our Finance & Insurance team will assist you with all areas of your finance application (if needed), insurance quotes and queries online or over the phone.

All finance documents will be witnessed via video conference to confirm your identity and documentation.

What if I have a trade-in?
We can assist with your trade-in vehicle too. Simply advise your Sales Executive, who will send you a link to Autocheck, our Customer Self Appraisal tool.

The tool will require information on your vehicle and its features. You will also be asked to submit some photos of the vehicle. Once these details are submitted, we will assess your vehicle and provide a trade-in estimate. Should you be comfortable with the estimate, we will then arrange a contactless collection and provide a final estimate upon a physical appraisal.

How will I sign all required documents for my purchase?
All documents will be sent to you securely via the secure DocuSign. We can guarantee that this is a safe platform and no confidential data will be shared to a third party.

Step 3
Home Delivery.

With our contactless delivery program,
we can deliver straight to your door.

Our fleet of Zagame Transport trucks can deliver your vehicle straight to your nominated location.

How does Home Delivery work?
Your new vehicle will be cleaned, detailed and delivered straight to your designated place of residence with a contactless handover of keys and documentation.

Your Sales Executive will then arrange a video call to assist the setup of your new vehicle and explain some of the key features available.

Will I be in contact with the delivery person?
When delivering your vehicle, we aim for minimal contact. Our delivery team are required to maintain a safe distance, sanitise contact surfaces and wear gloves and masks throughout the entire delivery process.

Will I be able to pick up my car on time or will delivery be delayed?
Should there be any changes to your delivery date, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If I live within 5km of the dealership, can I collect my vehicle?
Yes, if you live within 5km of the dealership, you will be able to click and collect your vehicle.

All safety measures will be taken to ensure a contactless handover.

Step 4
Virtual tour

Once you’ve taken delivery of your new vehicle, we will arrange a video call to
walk you through the features of your new vehicle.

Your dedicated Sales Executive or Delivery Coordinator will ensure you receive a complete handover of your new vehicle.

We will also continue to be available for follow up calls if, and when, required.

What if I am still unsure about how to operate some features in my vehicle?
Our sales team are always available for a video call to discuss step by step how all features in your vehicle work.

Accident Assistance

In the event of an accident or breakdown, we can receive your vehicle when towed.

What measures are being taken to protect customers and employees?
During the current restrictions, many of our staff are working from home. When restrictions ease, we have extensive hygiene measures in place to ensure you and all present in the dealerships are safe, including sanitising stations around the dealerships, gloves and masks for your convenience, and all cars and high touch surfaces are being wiped down regularly.

Do I have to wear a mask in the dealership?
Yes, as per the current government restrictions, a face covering must be worn when visiting our dealerships.
