Openpay is available for car servicing, autobody repairs, paint protection film, tyres, brakes and accessories to pay over time, interest-free.

The Things You Should Know
Is Openpay safe & secure?
Yes, protecting your information is very important to us. Openpay is a level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Provider. This means that all sensitive information is encrypted and we maintain stringent physical, electric and procedural safeguards to protect your information.

Does Openpay perform a credit check?
Depending on the purchase you are making, you may be asked to perform a credit check. This is usually when you need to make a purchase that is above the amount Openpay has allocated you. In any instance, you will be asked to consent to the credit check before it happens.

Will I be charged interest?
Openpay does not charge any interest. Ever.
Are there fees?
Openpay may charge fees depending on the size of your plan. When there are higher value purchases, an establishment fee may also apply.
These administration fees are in place to help Openpay improve their customer support. If you're an approved applicant, the establishment fee is paid upfront with the initial payment. And in many cases you may not be charged any fees at all.
Don’t worry – all costs will be disclosed to you before you commit to creating your Openpay plan!
If payments have not been made by their scheduled date, late fees do apply. When you create your plan, Openpay will send you a welcome email with all the information you need about your payments. You’ll also get a payment reminder a few days before each payment is processed against your nominated card. Details of all applicable late fees will be in the welcome email.
Openpay understands that life can get in the way sometimes. If, for any reason, you cannot make a payment, please contact Openpay on 1300 168 359 or email info@openpay.com.au before the payment due date to reschedule the payment and avoid late fees.
